At the Jan. 31 year end convention dinner banquet, 66th President Bobby Agpaoa was sworn into office in front of a number of current and former (roostered) Hawaii Jaycee members, as well as dignitaries from the Hawaii State Legislature.

President Bobby outlined at the dinner and Sunday Morning meeting a 5-point plan for the Hawaii Jaycees going forward.

1. Increase Membership
2. Expand Marketing
3. Create more Public Relations Opportunities for both the state and chapters, to get the word out about Jaycees.
4. Increasing fiscal resources in order to provide better membership opportunities
5. Create a long-term (3 to 5 year) strategic plan that will move the Hawaii Jaycees forward.
